Taking from Buddhist and yogic influences, this meditation session will focus on anchoring the mind on the breath, body scans and deep relaxation, and physical and emotional burden release.

INTERACTIVE GUIDED MEDITATION

I learned this style of meditation from studying with Jack Kornfield, American Buddhist psychologist and founder of Spirit Rock. This session will be just as the name suggests — interactive, wherein the guide and the meditator communicate as they dive into the psyche to retrieve, learn, re-learn wisdom and insights that are already deep within. This is particularly helpful for those who feel stuck, doubtful, or alone in their journey.
