Teaching Pillars

  • Grace

Mindful movement with the breath and intentionally slowing down, allows you to find ease in the body you currently have. The integration of mind, body, and spirit can help to nurture deep gratitude for yourself and develop a graceful presence that emanates and spreads in daily life.

  • Strength

Pushing through comfort zones encourages you to develop strength and courage in the midst of discomfort and challenges. No matter what style of yoga you practice — active or passive — strength of mind, body, and heart can be cultivated through knowing yourself deeply.

  • Joy

Remembering joy in the practice is very important. There is no need to take every thing so seriously as it simply builds up more tension and rigidity in the body, mind, and heart. Instead, smiling through difficulties and celebrating your wins can encourage you to deeply enjoy and find meaning in each moment of life.

“Life is full of suffering.

It is also full of the overcoming of it.”

— Jack Kornfield, Buddhist Psychologist and Meditation Teacher

Anna’s journey began at a crossroads. Seeking a way through a high-stress chapter of her life, she stepped onto a yoga mat and discovered a path to "coming alive." What started as a transformative encounter with her teacher evolved into a lifelong mission to bridge the gap between physical movement, mental clarity, self-compassion, and spiritual integration.

Her teaching style is a rich tapestry of global influences. From the athletic intensity of Budokon and Ashtanga to the quiet, restorative depths of Yin and Mindful Birth, Anna’s classes are designed to help students connect deeply with themselves—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Her approach is deeply rooted in the wisdom of Thich Nhat Hanh and Jack Kornfield, whose teachings on mindfulness and compassion serve as the North Star for her practice. By blending yoga’s dynamic and balanced flows with quiet and deep introspection, Anna helps her students move toward a state of joy, self-empowerment, and genuine healing.

Recognized as the 2021 Yoga Trainer of the Year (Philippines & SE Asia) by Fitness Best Asia Awards, Anna remains a dedicated student of the world. Whether she is guiding a mother-to-be through a mindful birth sequence, facilitating a private Reiki and sound healing session, or guiding her students in Buddhist meditation practices, her goal is to hold a space where every practitioner can nurture their own journey toward compassion and grace.
